New Rates as of 31st March 2025

Bookings are charged per 3 hours or part thereof, with the three hourly rates depending on who will be using the hall:

Residents of LA12 8 for private use: £17
Charities, clubs or other non-profit organisations: £24
All others: £36

Bookings include use of the hall, parking, kitchen, toilets and heating.
Please note that we do not allow overnight bookings, and we unfortunately no longer allow booking of just the parking or the toilets.

There is no Wi-Fi in the Reading Room, but EE has excellent 5G coverage.

Rusland Reading Room committee use personal data for the purposes of managing the Rooms, their bookings and finances, running and marketing events at the Rooms, and fundraising activities. Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by RRR’s insurers.
